Alternative Investment Vehicle definition

Alternative Investment Vehicle means an entity created in accordance with the Operative Documents of a Borrower to make investments and that has the right to call on Capital Commitments directly from Investors.
Alternative Investment Vehicle means the limited partnership, limited liability company, or similar legal structure through which a public investment fund invests in an alternative investment.
