Examples of Additional Escrow Amount in a sentence
The Additional Escrow Amount shall have been deposited into the Escrow Account.
The Initial Purchasers shall have received evidence that the Escrow Account has been established and the Additional Escrow Amount shall have been deposited or on the Closing Date will be concurrently deposited into the Escrow Account.
The Additional Escrow Amount shall be either in cash or letter of credit as provided in Article III hereof.
