Examples of Additional Amounts in a sentence
The Notes and the obligations of the Issuer under the Indenture will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed by each Guarantor pursuant to the Indenture, on a subordinated and joint and several basis, as to payment of principal, premium, interest and Additional Amounts (if any) and all other Obligations payable by the Issuer in respect of the Notes.
The Corporation or the Guarantor, as the case may be, will provide the U.S. Trustee with documentation reasonably satisfactory to the U.S. Trustee evidencing payment of such Additional Amounts.
Whenever the Corporation shall have one or more Paying Agents for any series of Securities, it will, on or prior to each due date of the principal of, or any premium, Additional Amounts or interest on, any Securities of that series, deposit with a Paying Agent a sum sufficient to pay such amount, such sum to be held as provided by the Trust Indenture Legislation, and unless such Paying Agent is the U.S. Trustee, the Corporation will promptly notify the U.S. Trustee of its action or failure so to act.
In addition, Additional Amounts will not be payable with respect to any Taxes that are imposed in respect of any combination of the above items.
At any time following a Change in Tax Law, the Partnership may, without the consent of any Series 17 Holder, vary the terms of the Series 17 Preferred Units such that they remain securities which would eliminate the substantial probability that the Partnership or any Successor Entity would be required to pay any Additional Amounts with respect to the Series 17 Preferred Units as a result of a Change in Tax Law.
