Additional Investment Rights definition

Additional Investment Rights means, collectively, the Additional Investment Rights issued and sold under this Agreement, in the form of Exhibit A.

More Definitions of Additional Investment Rights

Additional Investment Rights means rights issued to Initial Investors' further to the Securities Purchase Agreement to purchase additional shares of Common Stock and warrants to purchase Common Stock (all as more fully described in Exhibit B to the Securities Purchase Agreement).
