Additional Investment Rights definition

Additional Investment Rights means, collectively, the Additional Investment Rights issued and sold under this Agreement, in the form of Exhibit A.
Additional Investment Rights means the additional investment rights in the form of Exhibit B, which are issuable to the Investors on the Closing Date.
Additional Investment Rights means rights issued to the Initial Investors' further to the Securities Purchase Agreement to purchase additional shares of Common Stock and Warrants (all as more fully described in Exhibit B to the Securities Purchase Agreement).

More Definitions of Additional Investment Rights

Additional Investment Rights means the additional investment rights granted to holders of Series AAA Junior Preferred Stock, Series AAA-2 Junior Preferred Stock, Series AAA-3 Junior Preferred Stock and Series AAA-4 Junior Preferred Stock as set forth in Section 6 of those certain Subscription Agreements by and between the Company and the holders of such securities, as well as additional investment rights that may be granted to any and all sub-series designated as Series AAA-5 Junior Preferred Stock and so on that may be authorized following the date hereof.
Additional Investment Rights means, collectively, the Additional Investment Rights issued and sold under this Agreement, in the form of EXHIBIT A.
