Additional Issuer definition

Additional Issuer means an entity which is a subsidiary of the Purchaser, other than the Initial Issuer, which purchases Loans from the Purchaser with the proceeds of a Series of Notes issued by such entity and pledges the Loans to secure such Series of Notes.
Additional Issuer means an entity which is a subsidiary of the Depositor, other than the Issuer, which purchases Loans from the Depositor with the proceeds of a Series of Notes issued by such entity and pledges such Loans to secure such Series of Notes.
