Examples of Additional Licensed Fibers in a sentence

  • The terms and conditions of each Notice of Availability, when issued to the Licensee by the County, shall automatically be incorporated herein without further notice or amendment of the Agreement by the Parties, provided, however, that to ensure clarity in the application and interpretation of this Agreement, Schedule 1 shall be amended to reflect the addition of Additional Licensed Fibers, and Additional Interconnection Points.
