Additional Parity Bonds and Notes definition

Additional Parity Bonds and Notes means the additional parity bonds and the additional parity notes permitted to be issued pursuant to Section 3.04 hereof or pursuant to Section 3.04 of the Series 2004 Resolution, Section 3.04 of the Series 2005 Resolution, Section3.04 of the Series 2006B&C Resolution, Section 3.04 of the Series 2008A Resolution or Section3.04 of the Series 2009A Resolution.
