Additional Parity Bonds definition

Additional Parity Bonds means any pari passu additional bonds which may hereafter be issued pursuant to Section 9.1 hereof on a parity with the Bonds and the Outstanding Parity Bonds.
Additional Parity Bonds means any additional pari passu bonds which may hereafter be issued, pursuant to Section 9 hereof, on a parity with the Bonds.
Additional Parity Bonds means any pari passu additional bonds that may hereafter be issued pursuant to Section 20 hereof on a parity with the Bonds.

  • The Refunding Bonds herein authorized shall for all purposes (except as herein expressly changed) be considered to be Additional Parity Bonds issued under the authority of the Master Resolution and shall be entitled to all the protection and security provided therein for the Parity Bonds.

  • It shall be specifically understood and agreed, however, that after the funds have actually been set aside out of the revenues of the Tax for any year sufficient to pay the principal and interest on the Bonds, the Outstanding Parity Bonds and any Additional Parity Bonds, then any annual revenues of the Tax remaining in that year shall be free for expenditure by the Issuer.

More Definitions of Additional Parity Bonds

Additional Parity Bonds means any issue of additional pari passu bonds hereafter issued by the Issuer pursuant to Section 16 and payable from revenues of the Tax on a parity with the Bonds.
Additional Parity Bonds means any bonds secured by the Net Revenues hereafter issued pursuant to the Bond Resolutions and standing on a parity and equality with the Loan with respect to the Lien on the Net Revenues.
Additional Parity Bonds means any pari passu indebtedness hereafter issued on a parity with the Bonds with respect to the Pledged Revenues in accordance with Article X hereto.
Additional Parity Bonds means any Parity Securities issued after the issuance of the Series 2013 Bonds.
Additional Parity Bonds means any Securities issued after the issuance of the Bonds and payable from all or a portion of the Pledged Revenues and having a lien on the Pledged Revenues which is equal to or on a parity with the Bonds, but does not include any Credit Facility Obligations or Financial Products Agreements relating to any such Securities.
Additional Parity Bonds means revenue bonds or other evidences of indebtedness which the City reserves the right to issue or enter into, as the case may be, in the future in accordance with the terms and conditions provided in the Ordinance and which are equally and ratably secured by a first lien on and pledge of the Net Revenues.
Additional Parity Bonds means any pari passu additional obligations hereafter issued by the Issuer on a parity with the Bond, secured by or payable from the Net Revenues of the Tax and Excess Revenues.
