The names of the Principal Representative and any Additional Representative of each of the Parties shall be provided, with specimen signatures, to the other Party, and the Parties may accept as duly authorized any instrument signed by such representatives relating to the implementation of this Compact, until receipt of written notice of revocation of their authority.
This Representative Joinder Agreement shall become effective when each other Representative shall have received a counterpart of this Representative Joinder Agreement that bears the signature of the Additional Representative.
