Additional Representative definition

Additional Representative means an Additional First Lien Representative and/or an Additional Second Lien Representative, as the context may require.

Additional Representative has the meaning provided in Section 4.2.

Additional Representative means, as the case may be, an Additional First Priority Representative and/or an Additional Second Priority Representative.

• The names of the Principal Representative and any Additional Representative of each of the Parties shall be provided, with specimen signatures, to the other Party, and the Parties may accept as duly authorized any instrument signed by such representatives relating to the implementation of this Compact, until receipt of written notice of revocation of their authority.

• Any notice, request, document, report, or other communication submitted by either the Principal Recipient or the Global Fund, unless this Agreement expressly provides otherwise or the Global Fund and the Principal Recipient agree otherwise in writing, will be sent to the other party’s Authorized Representative (noted in block 15 or 16 of the face sheet of this Agreement) or Additional Representative (noted in block 12 or 13 of the face sheet of this Agreement.
