Additional Restitution Amount definition

Additional Restitution Amount. The amount available to Settling States listed on Exhibit N totaling $282,692,307.70.
Additional Restitution Amount means the amount available to Settling States listed in Exhibit M of $16,192,680.76.
Additional Restitution Amount means the amount available to Settling States listed in Exhibit M-3 of $28,669,762.00.

  • All funds paid as an Additional Restitution Amount shall be part of the Compensatory Restitution Amount, shall be used for Opioid Remediation, except as allowed by Section V.B.2, and shall be governed by the same requirements as specified in Section V.F.
