Additional Ships definition

Additional Ships means the additional ships which meet the Additional Ship Selection Criteria purchased or (as the context may require) to be purchased by an Additional Owner with the prior written approval of the Bank and “Additional Ship” means any of them;

Examples of Additional Ships in a sentence

  • The System installed on the Initial Ship and to be installed by SeaVision on the Additional Ships shall consist of such hardware and software (a listing of which hardware and software shall also be included on Exhibit C attached hereto) as shall be determined and mutually agreed upon by the parties.

  • The Borrower shall procure that no member of the Group shall engage in any line of business other than (i) directly or indirectly owning and operating the Existing Ships, or acquiring and operating the Newbuildings and/or Additional Ships, or (ii) the management as manager or agent of vessels owned by any person not a member of the Group.

Related to Additional Ships

  • Existing ship means a ship which is not a new ship.

  • Approved Flag means the Xxxxxxxx Islands flag, the Liberian flag, the Panama flag or any other flag which the Agent may approve as the flag on which a Ship may be registered;
