Additional Subordinated Debt Documents definition

Additional Subordinated Debt Documents means, for any Permitted Additional Subordinated Debt, the loan agreement, credit agreement, note purchase agreement, indenture or other definitive agreement for such Indebtedness to which any applicable Credit Party is a party, together with any related notes, guarantees and other documents contemplated to be delivered by any Credit Party thereunder.
Additional Subordinated Debt Documents means the indenture under which the Additional Subordinated Debt is issued and all other instruments, agreements and other documents evidencing or governing the Additional Subordinated Debt or providing for any Guarantee or other right in respect thereof.
Additional Subordinated Debt Documents means, for any Permitted Additional Subordinated Debt, the loan agreement, credit agreement, note purchase agreement, indenture or other definitive agreement for such Indebtedness to which any

Additional Subordinated Debt Documents means (i) the Secured Promissory Note dated December 18, 2007 in the original principal amount of $10,000,000 issued by Borrower to the order of Gold Hill Venture Lending 03, LP and (ii) the Secured Promissory Note dated December 18, 2007 in the original principal amount of $5,000,000 issued by Borrower to the order of ECLP, as each may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time to the extent permitted by the terms of this Agreement.

Related to Additional Subordinated Debt Documents

  • Subordinated Debt Documents means any documents evidencing and/or securing Debt governed by a Subordination Agreement, all of which documents must be in form and substance acceptable to Agent in its sole discretion. As of the Closing Date, there are no Subordinated Debt Documents.

  • Additional Senior Debt Documents means, with respect to any series, issue or class of Additional Senior Debt, the promissory notes, indentures, Collateral Documents or other operative agreements evidencing or governing such Indebtedness, including the Senior Collateral Documents.

  • Subordinated Indebtedness Documents means any document, agreement or instrument evidencing any Subordinated Indebtedness or entered into in connection with any Subordinated Indebtedness.
