Additional Test Costs definition

Additional Test Costs has the meaning set forth in Section 3.13(d)(v).

  • To the extent Seller incurs Additional Test Costs, it shall invoice Buyer and Buyer shall pay such costs, provided that invoicing and payment for all amounts due from one Party to the other Party as necessary to implement this provision shall be done pursuant to Article VI.
