Examples of Initial Costs in a sentence
In the event that the CCA Program does not become operational, the Initial Participants shall not be entitled to any reimbursement of the Initial Costs they have paid from the Authority or any Party.
The Initial Participants shall fund the Initial Costs of the Authority in establishing the Authority and implementing the CCA Program as described in Exhibit E to this Agreement.
Any Party who withdraws from the Authority pursuant to this Section 7.4 shall not be entitled to any refund of the Initial Costs it has paid to the Authority prior to the date of withdrawal unless the Authority is later terminated pursuant to Section 7.5. In such event, any Initial Costs not expended by the Authority shall be returned to all Parties, including any Party that has withdrawn pursuant to this section, in proportion to the contribution that each made.
The Initial Participants shall remit to the Authority their respective shares of Phase 2 and 3 Initial Costs as described in Exhibit E within 30 days after the Effective Date.
In the event that the CCA Program becomes operational, these Initial Costs paid by the Initial Participants shall be included in the customer charges for electric services as provided by Section 6.3.3 to the extent permitted by law, and the Initial Participants shall be reimbursed by the Authority within four years of the Effective Date.
