Additional Tier 1 Capital Instruments definition

Additional Tier 1 Capital Instruments means any instrument issued or entered into by the Issuer that constitutes Additional Tier 1 capital of the Issuer pursuant to the Capital Regulations.
Additional Tier 1 Capital Instruments means all obligations which constitute, or which upon issue constituted, Additional Tier 1 Capital of the Issuer.
Additional Tier 1 Capital Instruments means additional tier 1 instruments of the Issuer as defined in Article 52 of the CRR which are treated as such by the then current requirements of the Regulator, and as amended by Part 10 of the CRR (Article 484 et seq. on grandfathering);

More Definitions of Additional Tier 1 Capital Instruments

Additional Tier 1 Capital Instruments means all obligations which constitute Additional Tier 1 Capital of the Issuer from time to time.
Additional Tier 1 Capital Instruments means any security, instrument or any other similar obligation issued or guaranteed by the Issuer that, in each case, constitutes Additional Tier 1 Capital of the Issuer pursuant to the relevant requirements set out in Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 (or its successor) of the Capital Management Rules.
Additional Tier 1 Capital Instruments means all instruments which constitute, or which upon issue constituted, Additional Tier 1 Capital of the Issuer, the Group and/or the PC Group, as applicable.
Additional Tier 1 Capital Instruments means any equity securities, bonds or other similar obligations issued or guaranteed by the Company that constitute Additional Tier 1 Capital of the Company pursuant to the relevant provisions under AMC Capital Management Rules.
Additional Tier 1 Capital Instruments means any equity security or any other similar obligation issued by the Bank or a Subsidiary that constitutes Additional Tier 1 Capital () of either (i) the Bank, on an unconsolidated basis or (ii) the Group on a consolidated basis for the purposes of the eligibility criteria set out in paragraph 2 of schedule 1 of the CBRC Capital Regulations;
Additional Tier 1 Capital Instruments means any instrument, security or other obligation issued or entered into by the Issuer that constitutes Additional Tier 1 capital (or its equivalent) of the Issuer on an unconsolidated basis pursuant to the relevant requirements set out in the Capital Rules or that ranks or is expressed to rank, by its terms or by operation of law, pari passu with the Capital Securities;
