PC Group definition

PC Group means, in relation to a Portfolio Company, each other Portfolio Company that is a Subsidiary or a Holding Company of the first Portfolio Company. PC Group Guarantee means, in relation to a Portfolio Company, any guarantee it gives in respect of the obligations or liabilities of another member of its PC Group, provided that, to the extent those liabilities constitute Financial Indebtedness they are Permitted Financial Indebtedness. PC Group Loan means, in relation to a Portfolio Company, a loan made by it to (or otherwise any indebtedness outstanding to it by) another member of its PC Group.

PC Group means PC together with each entity within the prudential consolidation of PC (as that term or its successor is used in the Applicable Banking Regulations) pursuant to Chapter 2 of Title II of Part One of the CRR.
