Adjustable Rate Reset Date definition

Adjustable Rate Reset Date means the fifteenth day of each calendar month, or the next succeeding Business Day if such day is not a Business Day, prior to the next Interest Period.
Adjustable Rate Reset Date means the last Business Day of each calendar month, prior to the next Interest Period.
Adjustable Rate Reset Date means an Adjustable Rate Interest Payment Date on which the Bonds begin to bear interest at a new Adjustable Rate in accordance with the terms hereof.
