Adjusted Consolidated Capitalization definition

Adjusted Consolidated Capitalization means, as of any date, the sum of (i) Total Debt as of such date and (ii) Adjusted Consolidated Net Worth as of such date.
Adjusted Consolidated Capitalization means, for the Company and its Subsidiaries, on a consolidated basis, as of any date, (a) the aggregate amount of all Indebtedness, plus (b) the aggregate amount of paid-up capital, shareholders’ capital, and retained earnings (if any), minus (c) the aggregate amount of accumulated deficit (if any), minus (d) the lesser of (i) the net equity investment in any asset financed or encumbered by Non-Recourse Debt, and (ii) the amount of Non-Recourse Debt related to such asset. All determinations required by this definition shall be made in accordance with GAAP.
Adjusted Consolidated Capitalization means, at any date, the sum of (a) Consolidated Capitalization plus (b) post-retirement benefit obligations of the Company and its Subsidiaries, as determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.
