Adjusted EBITDA Target definition

Adjusted EBITDA Target means Adjusted EBITDA in an amount equal to or greater than Twenty-Eight Million Dollars ($28,000,000).

  • In addition, if the Company equals or exceeds one hundred fifteen percent (115%) of the Adjusted EBITDA Target for 2010 as set forth in the Performance Option Agreement, options on 2,847 additional shares will become vested.
