Adjusted Leverage Ratio Covenant definition

Adjusted Leverage Ratio Covenant means that the Parent will have a maximum Adjusted Leverage Ratio of 3.5:1.

Adjusted Leverage Ratio Covenant means that the Parent will have a maximum Adjusted Leverage Ratio of 3.5:1. “Adjusted Liabilities” means, on any date of determination, the excess of total Liabilities over the amount of any asset-backed securities that would appear as liabilities on the balance sheet of the Parent and its Subsidiaries determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Adjusted Leverage Ratio means, on any date, the ratio of (a) Total Debt as of such date to (b) Adjusted Consolidated EBITDA for the period of four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Borrower most recently ended as of such date, all determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Leverage Ratio means, on any date, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Total Indebtedness as of such date to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for the period of four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Company most recently ended on or prior to such date.
