Adjusted LIBO Rate Loan definition

Adjusted LIBO Rate Loan means a Loan bearing interest based on the Adjusted LIBO Rate plus the Applicable Margin.
Adjusted LIBO Rate Loan means any Line of Credit Loan accruing interest at the Adjusted LIBO Rate.

Examples of Adjusted LIBO Rate Loan in a sentence

  • No Interest Period may be elected with respect to any Line of Credit Loan (i) which would expire after the Termination Date in the case of an Adjusted LIBO Rate Loan, or (ii) for a period other than those referred to in the definition of "Interest Period" set forth in Article I hereof.

  • No continuation or conversion of an Adjusted LIBO Rate Loan may be effected on other than the last day of the Interest Period then in effect with respect to such Adjusted LIBO Rate Loan, and a Line of Credit Loan which is not an Adjusted LIBO Rate Loan may be converted into an Adjusted LIBO Rate Loan only on a Eurodollar Business Day.

  • In the event that the Borrower shall not give notice to continue any Adjusted LIBO Rate Loan into a subsequent Interest Period in accordance with Section 2.2 hereof, the Borrower shall be deemed to have requested that such Adjusted LIBO Rate Loan (unless repaid) be converted to one accruing interest at the Adjusted Base Rate, at the expiration of the then current Interest Period.

  • LIBO Rate Loan means a Loan bearing interest, at all times during an -------------- Interest Period applicable to such Loan, at a fixed rate of interest determined by reference to the LIBO Rate (Reserve Adjusted).

  • Index Rate Loan means a Loan or portion thereof bearing interest by reference to the Index Rate.

  • Reference Rate Loan means any Committed Loan that bears interest at a rate determined with reference to the Reference Rate.

  • Eurocurrency Term Loan means any Term Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBO Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Eurodollar Rate Committed Loan means a Committed Loan that bears interest at a rate based on clause (a) of the definition of “Eurodollar Rate.”

  • Offshore Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest based on the Offshore Rate.

  • Eurodollar Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • LIBOR Loan means any portion of a Loan (other than a Base Rate Loan) bearing interest at a rate based on LIBOR.

  • Eurocurrency Interest Period means with respect to any Eurocurrency Rate Borrowing, the period commencing on the date of such Borrowing and ending on the numerically corresponding day in the calendar month that is one, two, three or six months (or, to the extent agreed to by the Agent and each Lender making such Eurocurrency Rate Borrowing, twelve months or any shorter period) thereafter, as a Borrower may elect; provided that (a) if any Eurocurrency Interest Period would end on a day other than a Business Day, such Eurocurrency Interest Period shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day unless such next succeeding Business Day would fall in the next calendar month, in which case such Eurocurrency Interest Period shall end on the next preceding Business Day, (b) any Eurocurrency Interest Period that commences on the last Business Day of a calendar month (or on a day for which there is no numerically corresponding day in the last calendar month of such Eurocurrency Interest Period) shall end on the last Business Day of the last calendar month of such Eurocurrency Interest Period and (c) no Eurocurrency Interest Period for any (i) Eurocurrency Rate Revolving Loan shall end after the latest Scheduled Termination Date for the applicable Revolving Commitments under the applicable Revolving Facility or (ii) Eurocurrency Rate Term Loans shall end after the stated maturity date of such Term Loans.

  • CDOR Rate Loan means a Loan denominated in Canadian Dollars the rate of interest applicable to which is based on the CDOR Rate.

  • Eurodollar Revolving Loan means any Revolving Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBOR Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Eurocurrency Base Rate has the meaning specified in the definition of Eurocurrency Rate.

  • Eurocurrency Rate Advance means a Revolving Credit Advance or a Term Loan Advance denominated in Dollars or in an Agreed Currency which bears interest as provided in Section 2.07(b) or a Local Currency Advance which bears interest as provided in Section 2.07(b) and the Local Currency Addendum.

  • Eurodollar Period means, as to each Eurodollar Rate Loan, the period commencing on the date specified by Borrower pursuant to Section 2.1(b) and ending 1, 2, 3 or 6 months (or, with the written consent of all of the Lenders, any other period) thereafter, as specified by Borrower in the applicable Request for Loan; provided that:

  • Eurocurrency Revolving Loan means any Revolving Facility Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBO Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Adjusted Eurocurrency Rate means, for the Interest Period for any Eurocurrency Borrowing, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal to (a) the Eurocurrency Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserve Rate for such Interest Period.

  • Adjusted Eurodollar Rate means for any Interest Period with respect to any Eurodollar Loan, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/100 of 1.00%) equal to (a) the Eurodollar Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserves.

  • U.S. Base Rate Loan means a Loan denominated in Dollars which bears interest at a rate based upon the U.S. Base Rate.

  • LIBOR Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of LIBOR Loans.

  • Eurocurrency Advance means an Advance which, except as otherwise provided in Section 2.11, bears interest at the applicable Eurocurrency Rate.

  • Eurocurrency Rate Reserve Percentage for any Interest Period for all Eurocurrency Rate Advances comprising part of the same Borrowing means the reserve percentage applicable two Business Days before the first day of such Interest Period under regulations issued from time to time by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor) for determining the maximum reserve requirement (including, without limitation, any emergency, supplemental or other marginal reserve requirement) for a member bank of the Federal Reserve System in New York City with respect to liabilities or assets consisting of or including Eurocurrency Liabilities (or with respect to any other category of liabilities that includes deposits by reference to which the interest rate on Eurocurrency Rate Advances is determined) having a term equal to such Interest Period.

  • Adjusted LIBO Rate means, with respect to any Eurodollar Borrowing for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal to (a) the LIBO Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserve Rate.

  • LIBOR Rate Loans means Loans bearing interest at a rate based on the LIBOR Base Rate or LIBOR Rate, as applicable.
