Each such notice of Conversion shall be made pursuant to a Request for Continuation/Conversion and shall, within the restrictions specified above, specify (i) the date of such Conversion, (ii) the aggregate amount and Type of the Advances (and, in the case of Eurodollar Rate Advances, the Eurodollar Period therefor) to be Converted and (iii) if such Conversion is into Eurodollar Rate Advances, the duration of the initial Eurodollar Period for such Advances.
Interest accrued on each other Eurodollar Rate Advance shall be due and payable on the date which is three months after the date such Eurodollar Rate Advance was made (and, in the event that all of the Lenders have approved a Eurodollar Period of longer than six months, every three months thereafter through the last day of the Eurodollar Period) and on the last day of the related Eurodollar Period.
