Adjusted Quarterly Contract Quantity definition

Adjusted Quarterly Contract Quantity or “AQCQ” for any Quarter shall be equal to the QCQ for such Quarter minus the sum of the following quantities for each Day during such Quarter:

  • Buyer shall take a quantity of Gas in each Contract Quarter equal to ninety percent (90%) of the Adjusted Quarterly Contract Quantity (“ Quarterly Take Obligation”), or Buyer shall be responsible for the payment of the Quarterly Deficiency Payment pursuant to Clause 10.a.iii below.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Contract Quarter means a three-month period that commences on January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1 and ends on March 31, June 30, September 30, or December 31, respectively.

  • Contract Quantity means the total number shares, contracts or other units of the Underlying Instrument that the Client is notionally buying or selling;

  • Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Scheduled Quantity means the net quantity of Gas (being the difference between receipt and delivery nominations) agreed by MDL and the Welded Party to pass through (or, in the case of a Notional Welded Point, be deemed to have passed through) the relevant Welded Point for a Day.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Half Year means the period from 1st January to 30th June in any year and the period from 1st July to 31st December in any year;

  • Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.

  • Gross Standard Volume as herein used means volume corrected to a temperature of sixty degrees (60°) Fahrenheit, in accordance with the latest API/ASTM measurement standards, and at equilibrium vapor pressure.
