Adjusted Trust Disbursement Amount means, with respect to any monthly disbursement from the Trust, an amount equal to the Trust Disbursement Amount, minus all amounts disbursed or to be disbursed by the Trustee from the StadCo Cost Overrun Subaccount to the Disbursing Agent for the payment of Cost Overruns.
