The adjusted Adjustment Cap or Adjustment Floor, as the case may be, shall equal the Adjustment Cap or Adjustment Floor, as the case may be, applicable immediately prior to such adjustment, multiplied by a fraction, (i) the numerator of which is the Exchange Rate immediately prior to the adjustment giving rise to the adjustment and (ii) the denominator of which is the Exchange Rate as so adjusted.
