Spread Adjustment definition

Spread Adjustment means 100 basis points.
Spread Adjustment means a mathematical or other adjustment to an alternate benchmark rate selected pursuant to Section 2.5(c) of the Agreement and such adjustment may be positive, negative, or zero, subject to the specific Spread Adjustments set forth in Section 2.5(c).

More Definitions of Spread Adjustment

Spread Adjustment shall have the meaning specified in the Fee Letter.
Spread Adjustment means the spread adjustment (which may be a positive or negative value or zero) that has been selected by the Issuer, in consultation with the Calculation Agent, giving due consideration to any industry-accepted spread adjustment, or method for calculating or determining such spread adjustment.
Spread Adjustment means, until such time that AIF has commenced borrowings for the purpose of funding its participation in loans, the spread adjustment (expressed as a percentage per annum) for loans made by ADB which are funded through participations in the loans by AIF included within the Floating Rate as in effect at 12:01 a.m. Manila time on the date of the Loan Agreement and communicated to the Borrower, which spread shall remain fixed for the term of the Loan;
