Adjustment Escrow Units definition

Adjustment Escrow Units means the Class A Units that are issued at the closing under the Merger Agreement but set aside in escrow and held in accordance with the terms of the Merger Agreement and the Escrow Agreement (as defined in the Merger Agreement).
Adjustment Escrow Units means a number of Surviving Company Membership Units equal to $600,000 divided by the Per Share Price (together with any equity securities paid as dividends or distributions with respect to such securities or into which such securities are exchanged or converted).
Adjustment Escrow Units means 350,000 AMID Common Units.
