Administration Committee definition

Administration Committee means the Committee established and appointed by the Board of Directors or by a committee of the Board of Directors.
Administration Committee means the committee which is responsible for administering the Plan, as described in Section 3(A) hereof.
Administration Committee means the committee appointed by the Board or its delegate in writing which serves in accordance with Article VI.

More Definitions of Administration Committee

Administration Committee means a committee appointed by the Board. In the absence of a contrary designation by the Board, the Administration Committee shall be the Compensation Committee of the Board.
