Administrative Agent’s Fee Letter definition

Administrative Agent’s Fee Letter means that certain letter agreement, dated as of March 25, 2014, among the Administrative Agent, SunTrust Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Inc., and the Borrower, as amended, modified, restated or supplemented from time to time.
Administrative Agent’s Fee Letter means that certain Administrative Agent’s Fee Letter dated as of January 13, 2010 by and among the Administrative Agent, International Paper and Borrower, as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
