Notice for an Advance by way of L/C shall be given not later than the third Banking Day before the Advance Date or at such earlier time as the relevant Issuing Bank may reasonably require so that it has sufficient time to review the proposed form of L/C.
The Issuing Banks shall promptly notify the Borrower of any comment concerning the form of the L/C requested by the Borrower and shall, if the Borrower is otherwise entitled to an Advance, issue the L/C to the Borrower on the Advance Date or as soon afterwards as the Issuing Banks are satisfied with the form of L/C to be issued.
