Advertising Campaigns definition

Advertising Campaigns means our advertisers’ ads and any other advertising materials and commercial content that McCann shall provide you from time to time;
Advertising Campaigns means the Standard Advertising Campaign and/or the Special Advertising Campaign (as specified in the Specific Terms and Conditions) to be conducted pursuant to the Contract (it being understood that more than one type of Advertising Campaign may be conducted under a single Contract).

Examples of Advertising Campaigns in a sentence

  • With the exception of advertising campaigns outlined in Article G.10.0 (Advertising Campaigns), the costs of Communication Activities and signage will follow the eligibility rules established in Schedule “E” (Eligible Expenditures and Ineligible Expenditures).

  • Should an Advertising Campaign extend to more calendar months and the Customer does not expressly warn of it in the Order, the Order is for more Advertising Campaigns, related to each calendar month in question.

  • Advertising Campaigns Note: Social Events like private parties, marriages, etc.

  • Advertising Campaigns with the same runtime as a Spot relating to the same Subject of Advertisement that are to occur in 2 consecutive calendar weeks within 1 calendar month shall be regarded – whether ordered via one Order or more Orders – as a single Advertising Campaign.

  • Media Club determines the prices of CPP for target groups; this price shall only be applied for determining the price of Advertising Campaigns planned for the relevant target groups.

  • In return for your publication of the Advertising Campaigns through your Online Assets, we will pay you a share of our Revenue (the Revenue share percentages – as stated in the IO) from Advertising Campaigns published on and through your Online Assets, or the fixed CPM rate for such Advertising Campaigns, as such CPM and Revenue are documented in our systems, logs and records and all in accordance with the terms of the IO (the “ Payment”).

  • Advertising means the planning, creating, or placing of advertising in newspapers, magazines,

  • advertising structure means any screen, fence, wall or other physical structure or object erected to display an advertisement or which is in itself an advertisement or used to display an advertisement.

  • Advertising device means any device or object erected or located so as to attract public attention to any goods or services or facilities or events and includes flags, banners, pennants and lights;

  • Branding means trademarks, service marks, domain names, logos, links, navigation and other indicators of origin.

  • Product brand name means the name of the product exactly as it appears on the principal display panel of the product.

  • Marketing means a direct or indirect offering or placement at the initiative of the AIFM or on behalf of the AIFM of units or shares of an AIF it manages to or with investors domiciled or with a registered office in the Union;
