Advertising Contribution definition

Advertising Contribution means the monthly amount payable under clause 8.2 calculated by multiplying the Gross Sales for the previous month by the Advertising Percentage.
Advertising Contribution means the percentage of Revenues specified in Schedule B.
Advertising Contribution means the monthly amounts payable to BKC by Area Developer pursuant to Sections 1.1.7, 7.4, or 9.1.

Examples of Advertising Contribution in a sentence

  • You must pay your Royalty fee and Advertising Contribution to us by the 10th day of each month, based on the Gross Sales of the preceding month.

  • Franchisor may increase your Advertising Contribution to a maximum of five percent (5%) of the Restaurant’s monthly Gross Sales, but only if Franchisor first obtains an affirmative vote of seventy-five percent (75%) or more of all Wendy’s Branded Restaurants operating under the System in the United States (including both franchised restaurants and those Franchisor or its Affiliates own and operate).

  • The Advertising Contribution shall be payable monthly, concurrently with and in the same manner as the payment of the Royalties.
