Development Contribution definition

Development Contribution means the amount of money referred to in item 5 of the Schedule;
Development Contribution means the provision made by a developer under a planning agreement, being payment of a monetary contribution, the dedication of land, the carrying out of a work-in-kind, the provision of a material public benefit to be used for or applied towards a public purpose, or any combination of the above.
Development Contribution means the sum of the Monetary Contribution, Dedicated Land or other Public Benefits (including, without limitation, the works the subject of this Agreement) including any combination of the above. GST has the same meaning as in the GST Law.

Examples of Development Contribution in a sentence

  • Subject to clause 9.2, provided that the Developer has complied with its obligations under this Agreement, to pay the Development Contribution or any other amount payable under this Agreement, the Council will return the Bank Guarantee to the Developer.

  • The Council is to apply each Development Contribution made by the Developer under this Deed towards the public purpose for which it is made and otherwise in accordance with this Deed.

  • Any Contribution Value specified in this Deed in relation to a Contribution Item comprising a Work to be carried out or Dedication Land does not serve to define the extent of the Developer’s obligation to make the Development Contribution [Include this clause only if Contribution Values are specified in this Deed].
