Advertising Spaces definition

Advertising Spaces advertising locations (pages, sections, etc.) on Digital Media sold by the RTB system.
Advertising Spaces means each, any and all structures, spaces and surfaces of the Competition venue and the areas around it controlled, supervised, managed or owned by the Organiser; arranged in any form with any materials including, without limitation, panels, banners, advertising court boards managed through dynamic advertisement systems - LED systems, symbols, logos, emblems, interview TV walls and backdrops, stands, tents, stickers; used to make publicly known and/or present goods, products, services, brands or legal entities.
Advertising Spaces means each, the spaces and surfaces available for advertisements and commercial identifications at and around the Sites in accordance with the ISMF regulations, therein including each, the spaces and surfaces available for the placement of panels, banners, athletes’ bibs, competition bibs, flags, signs, logo identifications, TV/data walls and backdrops for interviews, air balloons, stands, tents, inflatable arches and any other advertising space and surface of any kind.

Examples of Advertising Spaces in a sentence

  • Campaign: Advertising campaign or affiliation program created and managed by an Advertiser via the Platform and describing the types of Advertising Spaces and purchase methods desired by this Advertiser and being subject, in certain cases, to specific Insertion Orders.

  • The PUBLISHER may apply through the Platform to provide Advertising Spaces or activities that match the needs of the concerned Advertiser.

  • City warrants and represents only that Contractor shall have the exclusive right to place such advertising as may be authorized under this Agreement; City does not warrant or represent that any particular level of advertising, or advertising on all available Advertising Spaces, will be permitted under this Agreement.

  • The Publishers who are interested apply via the Platform to provide Advertising Spaces or activities that meet the ADVERTISER's requirements.

  • Contractor shall have the right, at its own discretion, to display certain public, educational, charitable and editorial displays free of charge or at reduced rates in any Advertising Spaces not contracted for use by paid advertisers and not being used by the SFMTA or Contractor pursuant to this Section 3.


More Definitions of Advertising Spaces

Advertising Spaces means Nagpur Metro Rail Stations premises where advertisement is displayed by Licensee in pursuance with this Agreement as given in Annexure 1, 2 & 3.

Advertising Spaces means all those parts of the external walls of the podium of the Estate (including the whole thickness thereof and the supporting structures (if any) of advertising signs) forming part of the Commercial Development which are for identification purpose only shown and coloured red hatched black on Plan No.DMC-05 annexed to this Deed for the display or affixing of advertisements (whether illuminated or not) or for such other purpose(s) (subject to the prior consent or approval of the competent Government authority or authorities (if required)) as the First Owner or the owner(s) thereof may deem fit from time to time.
