Notification of serious harm or significant property damage Distributor to notify the Retailer within 3 hours of any action taken by the Distributor resulting in serious harm or significant property damage (as defined by the Gas Act 1992) affecting a Customer or Customer’s Premises and if requested by the Retailer, provide the Retailer with a copy of associated reports as required by the Gas Act 1992.
The Retailer must, subject to clause 29.1, include in each of its Supply Agreements (subject to any written agreement between the Retailer and the Distributor) an undertaking by the Customer to provide, at no cost to the Distributor, suitable space (complying with the Network Connection Standards) for the safe and secure housing of any of the Distributor’s Equipment relating primarily to the connection to the Network of Points of Connection at the Customer’s Premises.
