Customer’s Premises definition

Customer’s Premises means the land and buildings owned or occupied by a Customer, and any land over which the Customer has an easement or right to pass electricity, including:
Customer’s Premises means the premises identified in paragraph 2.3 of the Order Form and which are to be made available for use by the Supplier for the provision of the Services on the terms set out in this Contract;
Customer’s Premises means the Customer’s premises identified in the Order Form and which are to be made available by the Customer for use by the Supplier for the provision of the Goods and/or Services, including but not limited to the Customer’s premises on which a tank or point of delivery is located, on the terms set out in this Call Off Contract and any other of the Customer’s premises made available by the Customer from time to time for use by the Supplier in connection with this Call Off Contract;

Examples of Customer’s Premises in a sentence

  • Notification of serious harm or significant property damage Distributor to notify the Retailer within 3 hours of any action taken by the Distributor resulting in serious harm or significant property damage (as defined by the Gas Act 1992) affecting a Customer or Customer’s Premises and if requested by the Retailer, provide the Retailer with a copy of associated reports as required by the Gas Act 1992.

  • The Retailer must, subject to clause 29.1, include in each of its Supply Agreements (subject to any written agreement between the Retailer and the Distributor) an undertaking by the Customer to provide, at no cost to the Distributor, suitable space (complying with the Network Connection Standards) for the safe and secure housing of any of the Distributor’s Equipment relating primarily to the connection to the Network of Points of Connection at the Customer’s Premises.


More Definitions of Customer’s Premises

Customer’s Premises means any premises, facility or worksite of Customer or third-party other than CTI’s Premises.
Customer’s Premises means each of the following:
Customer’s Premises means the Customer’s premises the ad- dress of which is set out in the Commercial Schedule;
Customer’s Premises means the premises specified by the Customer and as agreed and recorded in writing by the Company;
Customer’s Premises means the premises at the Supply Address(es) specified in the Energy Supply Contract.
Customer’s Premises means the Customer location(s) at which BT will provide Service under this contract;
Customer’s Premises means the Premises as specified or nominated by the Customer in the Contract where Goods are to be delivered and/or Services are to be performed.
