Adviser’s Fee definition

Adviser’s Fee means the Fund’s management fee as stated in the Fund’s prospectus from time to time (currently 0.58% of AUM),
Adviser’s Fee. The Adviser’s Fee shall be computed daily and paid not less than monthly in arrears by the Funds. To the extent that the Trust, the Adviser and a Fund’s Sub-Adviser have entered into a Sub-Advisory Agreement that provides for a unified sub-advisory fee arrangement for any Fund, pursuant to which the Sub-Adviser is obligated to pay or reimburse the Fund for the payment of the Adviser’s Fee, then the Sub-Adviser shall, for so long as such unified sub-advisory fee arrangement is in effect, pay the Adviser the Adviser’s Fee and the Trust may, upon the direction of the Adviser, pay the Adviser’s Fee directly to the Adviser on behalf of the Sub-Adviser and set off such amounts against the fee owed to the Sub-Adviser under the unified sub-advisory fee. The method for determining net assets of a Fund for purposes hereof shall be the same as the method for determining net assets for purposes of establishing the offering and redemption prices of Fund shares as described in the Fund’s prospectus. In the event of termination of this Agreement, the fee provided in this Section shall be computed on the basis of the period ending on the last business day on which this Agreement is in effect subject to a pro rata adjustment based on the number of days elapsed in the current month as a percentage of the total number of days in such month.
Adviser’s Fee means the Fund’s management fee as stated in the Fund’s prospectus from time to time (currently 0.89% of AUM for the RiverNorth Enhanced Pre-Merger SPAC ETF and RiverNorth Active Income ETF).

Examples of Adviser’s Fee in a sentence

  • The Adviser’s Fee shall be computed daily and paid not less than monthly in arrears by the Funds.

  • For the Construction Advisor’s Basic Services described under Section 3, the Owner shall compensate the Construction Advisor as follows: The Construction Adviser’s Fee agreed upon by the Owner and Construction Advisor for Geneseo Community School District for a new stand-alone Vocational Center and/or addition to GHS shall be fixed at 6.0%.
