Advisory Firm definition

Advisory Firm means an accounting firm that is nationally recognized as being expert in Covered Tax matters, selected by the Corporation.
Advisory Firm means (i) Ernst & Young LLP or (ii) any other law or accounting firm that is (A) nationally recognized as being expert in Tax matters and (B) that is agreed to by the Corporation and the Stockholders Representative.
Advisory Firm means any “big fouraccounting firm or any law firm that is nationally recognized as being expert in Tax matters and that is agreed to by the Board.

Advisory Firm means (i) Deloitte & Touche LLP or (ii) any other law or accounting firm that is (A) nationally recognized as being expert in Tax matters and (B) that is agreed to by the Corporation and the Existing Stockholders Representative.
