Aerospace coatings means materials that are applied to the surface of an aerospace vehicle or component to form a decorative, protective, or functional solid film, or the solid film itself at a facility that produces, reworks, or repairs in any amount any commercial, civil, or military aerospace vehicle or component.

Aerospace coatings means materials including but not limited to those specified in the table in Subsection (d)(1)(i) of this rule, which contain more than 20 grams of VOC per liter of coating, as applied, less water and less exempt compounds. Preservative oils and compounds, form release agents not containing solids, and greases and waxes are not aerospace coatings.

  • Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel means diesel fuel that has a sulfur content of no more than fifteen parts per million.
