Affected Obligations definition

Affected Obligations has the meaning specified in Section 16.3.

• DBCT Management's Affected Obligations under this Agreement shall be suspended (without it being in default) to the extent of and for the period that the performance of such obligations are affected by an event of Force Majeure, provided that it complies with clause 13.3(c).
