Affected Obligations definition

Affected Obligations has the meaning specified in Section 16.3.

• If such notice is given within such period, the time for performing the Affected Obligations shall be suspended for the duration for which Nuvectis is unable to perform or delayed in performing the Affected Obligations by reason of the Force Majeure Event.
