Specified Obligations definition

Specified Obligations means Obligations consisting of the principal and interest on Loans, reimbursement obligations in respect of LC Disbursements and fees.
Specified Obligations means Obligations consisting of (a) the principal of and interest on Loans and (b) reimbursement obligations in respect of Letters of Credit.
Specified Obligations means, collectively, (a) all Specified Hedge Obligations and (b) all Specified Cash Management Obligations.

  • As a result of the CAM Exchange, on and after the CAM Exchange Date, each payment received by the Administrative Agent pursuant to any Loan Document in respect of any Specified Obligations shall be distributed to the Lenders pro rata in accordance with their respective CAM Percentages (to be redetermined as of each such date of payment or distribution to the extent required by the next paragraph).

  • As a result of the CAM Exchange, upon and after the CAM Exchange Date, each payment received by either Agent pursuant to any Loan Document in respect of the Specified Obligations, and each distribution made by either Agent pursuant to any Loan Document in respect of the Specified Obligations, shall be distributed to the Lenders pro rata in accordance with their respective CAM Percentages.

More Definitions of Specified Obligations

Specified Obligations means any principal, interest, penalties, fees, indemnifications, reimbursements, cash collateral obligations, damages and other liabilities payable under the documentation governing any Specified Indebtedness (including, without limitation, interest, fees or expenses which accrue after the commencement of any bankruptcy case or proceeding, whether or not allowed or allowable as a claim in any such case or proceeding).
Specified Obligations shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.13(b).
