Affiliate Properties definition

Affiliate Properties means, collectively, the properties, including the land and all improvements, fixtures and related personal property located thereon, listed on Exhibit “A”, but excluding the Property, and as more particularly described as “Premises” in the mortgages, security deeds and deeds of trust executed this date by the Affiliate Entities in favor of Lender, to be recorded in the real estate records of the counties where the Affiliate Properties are located.
