Affiliated Corporation definition

Affiliated Corporation means any corporation that is either a parent corporation with respect to the Company or a subsidiary corporation with respect to the Company (within the meaning of Sections 424(e) and (f), respectively, of the Internal Revenue Code).
Affiliated Corporation means any corporation or other entity (including but not limited to a partnership) which is affiliated with Apache Corporation through stock ownership or otherwise and is treated as a common employer under the provisions of Sections 414(b) and (c) or any successor section(s) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Affiliated Corporation means any stock corporation of which a majority of the voting common or capital stock is owned directly or indirectly by the Corporation.
