Affiliated Providers definition

Affiliated Providers means C/HCA Providers, Triad Providers, or LifePoint Providers.
Affiliated Providers means any persons that perform medical, physician assistant or nurse practitioner services that have entered into a contract or agreement (in writing or otherwise) with the Company or any of its subsidiaries or Affiliated Entities to provide such services.
Affiliated Providers means any vendor, ISP or provider of Services through the MBC broadband communications network that MBC may enter into an affiliation or contractual agreement now or anytime in the future or in which MBC holds or may in the future hold an ownership interest.

Affiliated Providers means the Providers who have entered into participating provider agreements, either directly or indirectly through the physician group practice that employs or engages them, with the Seller Parties, SHCN or their Subsidiaries in connection with the Business.
