Company's Personnel definition

Company's Personnel means the personnel to be provided by OIL or OIL's Contractor (other than the Contractor executing the Contract). The Company representatives of OIL are also included in the Company's personnel.

Mobilization shall be deemed to be completed when contractor‟s personnel arrives at Company‟s Facility at Duliajan, Assam for collection of data required for the work/study stipulated in the Contract and duly certified by the Company‟s authorized representative. 2.3 DATE OF COMMENCEMENT OF CONTRACT: The date on which the mobilization is completed in all respects and the Contractor is in readiness to commence the work shall be treated as date of commencement of Contract. 2.4 DURATION OF CONTRACT: The contract shall be for a period of 6(six) months from the date of Commencement of the contract. 3.0 GENERAL OBLIGATIONS OF CONTRACTOR : Contractor shall, in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of this Contract: 3.1 Perform the work described in the Terms of Reference (SECTION-II) in most economic and cost effective way. 3.2 Except as otherwise provided in the Terms of Reference and the special Conditions of the contract, provide all labour as required to perform the work. 3.3 Perform all other obligations, work and services which are required by the terms of this contract or which reasonably can be implied from such terms as being necessary for the successful and timely completion of the work. 3.4 Bidder shall be deemed to have satisfied himself before submitting their bid as to the correctness and sufficiency of its bid for the services required and of the rates and prices quoted, which rates and prices shall, except insofar as otherwise provided, cover all its obligations under the contract. 3.5 Contractor will provide all necessary supervision through out the period of the performance of the services as laid out in the contr...
