Affirmation of Payment definition

Affirmation of Payment shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 2.11.5(e).

If the last date of payment falls on a holiday, the next working date shall be considered as last date.

  • Favorable Opinion of Bond Counsel means an opinion or opinions of nationally recognized bond counsel to the effect that the action proposed to be taken is authorized or permitted by the Certificate and will not adversely affect the exclusion of interest on the Bonds from gross income for purposes of federal income taxation.

  • Verification on oath or affirmation means a declaration, made by an individual on oath or affirmation before a notarial officer, that a statement in a record is true.

  • Proof of payment means, as applicable, a copy of the check, confirmation of credit card or debit card payment, or confirmation of wire or automated clearinghouse transfer, and any other information required to demonstrate that payment has been made according to EPA requirements, in the amount due, and identified with the appropriate docket number and Respondent’s name.
