Examples of Supplemental Payment in a sentence
Any of the Applicant’s Stipulated Supplemental Payment Amounts which cannot be paid to the District prior to the end of the third full Tax Year (2034) following the end of the Tax Limitation Period, as defined in Section 2.3(D)(ii), because such payment would exceed the Aggregate Limit, will be deemed to have been cancelled by operation of law, and the Applicant shall have no further obligation with respect thereto.

It is the express intent of the Parties that the obligation for Supplemental Payments under this Article VI are separate and independent of the obligation of the Applicant to pay the amounts described in Articles IV and V; and that all payments under Article VI are subject to the separate limitations contained in Section 6.2 and Section 6.3. Each Supplemental Payment shall be due and payable on January 31st of the year following that in which such Supplemental Payment accrued.
The Supplemental Payments to the District shall not exceed the Supplemental Payment Limitation set out in Section 6.2 below, starting with the first complete or partial year of the Qualifying Time Period, and continuing through the third year following the end of the Tax Limitation Period.
