Supplemental Payment definition

Supplemental Payment means any payments or transfers of things of value made to the District or to any person or persons in any form if such payment or transfer of thing of value being provided is in recognition of, anticipation of, or consideration for the Agreement and that is not authorized pursuant to Sections 313.027(f)(1) or (2) of the TEXAS TAX CODE, and specifically includes any payments required pursuant to Article VI of this Agreement.
Supplemental Payment has the meaning as set forth in Article VI of this Agreement.
Supplemental Payment shall have the meaning assigned to it in subparagraph 1(A)(2)(c) of the Purchase Agreement.

Examples of Supplemental Payment in a sentence

  • The Aggregate Limit shall not apply nor limit Supplemental Payment amounts due to the District during the Qualified Time Period or in the three years following the end of the Tax Limitation Period.

  • Any of the Applicant’s Stipulated Supplemental Payment Amounts which cannot be paid to the District prior to the end of the third Tax Year following the end of the Tax Limitation Period because such payment would exceed the Aggregate Limit, will be deemed to have been cancelled by operation of law, and the Applicant shall have no further obligation with respect thereto.

  • In writing, notify Emergicon of any customized needs (reporting, scheduling, support for Texas Ambulance Supplemental Payment Program (TASPP), etc.).

  • During the Qualifying Time Period and for the three years following the end of the Tax Limitation Period, the Supplemental Payment shall not be subject to the Aggregate Limit.
