Affordable Owner definition

Affordable Owner means an Eligible Purchaser who has purchased an Affordable Unit.
Affordable Owner means Park & Market Development Partners, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership registered in California and its successors and assigns.
Affordable Owner means, in respect of such transfer described in Section 6.03 of the Loan Agreement, Scripps AU Owner, L.P., a California limited partnership.

  • The undersigned hereby certifies that the Affordable Owner is not in default under any of the terms and provisions of the above documents.

  • Developer or Affordable Owner shall follow the requirements of Article V of this Covenant and, provided that the Affordable Units remain for-sale, the rental provisions of this Covenant shall not be applicable to the Project.
