Agency definition

Agency or “Agencies” means the agency, board, commission, or other entity of the State of West Virginia that is identified on the first page of the Solicitation or any other public entity seeking to procure goods or services under this Contract.
Agency means the agency identified on the RFP cover sheet that is issuing the RFP and any other agency that purchases from the Contract.
