Governmental Agencies definition

Governmental Agencies means any federal, provincial, municipal or other government or governmental agency, board, commission or authority, domestic or foreign;
Governmental Agencies means any national, provincial or local court, governmental agency or body, stock exchange authorities or any other regulator in the PRC;

Governmental Agencies means the bodies set out in subparagraphs (2) through (4) of the first paragraph of section 4 of the Act Respecting Contracting by Public Bodies, C.Q.L.R. c.
