The DCBOH reserves the right to utilize other DCBOH contracts, State of Georgia contracts, contracts awarded by other Governmental Agencies, other Boards, or cooperative agreements in lieu of any offer received, or award made as a result of this proposal, if it is in the DCBOH’s best interest to do so.
