Examples of Agency Affordable Units in a sentence

  • In keeping with the Agency’s customary practice, the Agency will use good faith efforts to involve community partners in the development of not less than three hundred (300) Agency Affordable Units.

  • During the build out of the Project, five hundred (500) Units (not including Agency Affordable Units) across a spectrum of affordability levels (the “Community Builder Units”) will be made available for development by or with the assistance of Community Builders.

  • For example, if an Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Replacement Project has eighty (80) Units, including twenty (20) Agency Affordable Units and sixty (60) Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Replacement Units, then the Agency shall be responsible for twenty five percent (25%) (20/80 = 25%) of the Cost Overruns and Developer shall be responsible for seventy-five percent (75%) (60/80 = 75%) of the Cost Overruns for such Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Replacement Project.

  • The Agency shall use good faith efforts to (i) Complete Agency Affordable Units on each Agency Lot as soon as reasonably feasible based on available funding, (ii) Complete all of the Subsidized Agency Affordable Units on each Agency Lot and (iii) construct Agency Affordable Units, excluding those specifically offered to senior or special-needs residents, such that the Rental Units and Sale Units will each average at least two and one-half (2.5) bedrooms.

  • Developer and Vertical Developers shall design, construct and complete the Infrastructure and Vertical Improvements, the Agency shall review Applications for their Approval, and the Agency shall design, construct and complete Agency Affordable Units, all at the times and subject to the conditions set forth in this DDA.

  • If so, there will be no change in the number of Subsidized Agency Affordable Units for that Agency Lot unless agreed to by Developer and the Agency as set forth in clause (2) below or Developer elects to obtain Below-Market Rate Credits for the Additional Agency Affordable Units as set forth in Section 4.5(b).

  • Cost Overruns shall be apportioned between the Agency and Developer according to the ratio of the number of Agency Affordable Units to Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Replacement Units in the applicable Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Replacement Project.

  • The locations of the Agency Lots and the number of Subsidized Agency Affordable Units for each such Agency Lot have been determined by Developer and the Agency as set forth on the Housing Map.

  • This Below-Market Rate Housing Plan requires that no less than thirty-one and eighty six hundredths percent (31.86%) of the Units constructed in the Project Site be Below-Market Rate Units, including Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Replacement Units, Agency Affordable Units, Inclusionary Units and Workforce Units, each with at least the applicable Percentage of Total Units for each applicable AMI Percentage as set forth in the Below-Market Rate Table.

  • Developer or the Agency may request from time to time a revision to the location of any Agency Lot or the applicable number of Subsidized Agency Affordable Units, and any such request shall be subject to the Approval of both Developer and the Agency in their respective sole and absolute discretion.

  • Affordable Units means units that have rents that do not

  • Affordable Unit means a housing unit proposed or created pursuant to the Act and approved for crediting by the Court and/or funded through an affordable housing trust fund.

  • Affordable Housing Units – means the Affordable Housing to be provided as part of the development in accordance with the application and/or any subsequent reserved matters approval.

  • Affordable Housing Unit means a rental unit in an affordable housing building that rents for an amount that is affordable to households at or below 60 percent of area median income, as median income was most recently determined by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for the Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington, Minnesota-Wisconsin Metropolitan Statistical Area, as adjusted for household size and number of bedrooms.

  • Affordable housing development means a development included in the Housing Element and Fair Share Plan, and includes, but is not limited to, an inclusionary development, a municipal construction project or a 100 percent affordable development.

  • Affordable housing program(s means any mechanism in a municipal Fair Share Plan prepared or implemented to address a municipality’s fair share obligation.

  • Affordable housing project means, for purposes of this part, title fourteen of article twenty seven of the environmental conservation law and section twenty-one of the tax law only, a project that is developed for residential use or mixed residential use that must include affordable residential rental units and/or affordable home ownership units.

  • Affordable housing means, unless the context clearly

  • Cooperative Apartment A dwelling unit in a multi-dwelling building owned or leased by a Cooperative, which unit the Mortgagor has an exclusive right to occupy pursuant to the terms of a proprietary lease or occupancy agreement.

  • Affordable means, a sales price or rent level that is within the means of a low- or moderate- income household as defined within N.J.A.C. 5:93-7.4, and, in the case of an ownership unit, that the sales price for the unit conforms to the standards set forth in N.J.A.C. 5:80-26.6, as may be amended and supplemented, and, in the case of a rental unit, that the rent for the unit conforms to the standards set forth in N.J.A.C. 5:80-26.12, as may be amended and supplemented.

  • Transient lodging means a room or a suite of rooms.

  • Stormwater management measure means any practice, technology, process, program, or other method intended to control or reduce stormwater runoff and associated pollutants, or to induce or control the infiltration or groundwater recharge of stormwater or to eliminate illicit or illegal non-stormwater discharges into stormwater conveyances.

  • Insurance Affordability Program means a program that is one of the following:

  • School vehicle means any school bus, school van, other school vehicle and private vehicle used to transport students or staff members to and from school or any school-sponsored activity or event.

  • All-terrain vehicle means either of the following:

  • Transient guest means a natural person staying less than 30 consecutive days.

  • Historic property means any prehistoric or historic site, district, building, object, or other real or personal property of historical, architectural, or archaeological value, and folklife resources. These properties or resources may include, but are not limited to, monuments, memorials, Indian habitations, ceremonial sites, abandoned settlements, sunken or abandoned ships, engineering works, treasure trove, artifacts, or other objects with intrinsic historical or archaeological value, or any part thereof, relating to the history, government, and culture of Florida.

  • Cooperative education program means a written voluntary agreement between and among districts to provide certain educational programs for pupils in certain groups of districts. The written agreement shall be approved by all affected districts at least annually and shall specify the educational programs to be provided and the estimated number of pupils from each district who will participate in the educational programs.

  • Mistletoe Thinning means the removal of designated conifer trees bearing visible mistletoe plants on branches as well as visible plants or infections on the stem.

  • Park Sienna Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Park Sienna is the applicable Seller.

  • Serviced Companion Loan Securities Any commercial mortgage-backed securities that evidence an interest in or are secured by the assets of an Other Securitization Trust, which assets include a Serviced Companion Loan (or a portion thereof or interest therein).

  • Outdoor cultivation means the cultivation of mature cannabis without the use of artificial lighting or light deprivation in the canopy area at any point in time. Artificial lighting is permissible only to maintain immature plants outside the canopy area.

  • Wastewater Treatment Works means an arrangement of devices and structures for treating wastewater, industrial wastes, and sludge. Sometimes used as synonymous with "waste treatment plant" or "wastewater treatment plant" or "pollution control plant".
